As a passionate chef, proud of his region, Stéphane oversees the kitchen.

He proposes tasty and generous cooking composed of local products carefully selected according to the season in order to guarantee freshness and authenticity of the dishes offered on the daily menu or à la carte. A entirely "homemade" cuisine, right down to the terrines and the smoking of the hams in the fireplace, which the Chef insists on doing himself.

Of course, the essential and delicious Savoyard specialties: raclette, fondue, tartiflette are on the menu…. not forgetting the diots in white wine, pormonier, trout from the valley and for those with a sweet tooth, the famous Savoy biscuit and blueberry tart.
